5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where available, customers may select Cash on Delivery (COD) during checkout.

With Cash on Delivery, payment is generally made when the parcel is delivered.

Depending on the destination and delivery provider, payment may need to be made:

  • In the exact amount requested by the courier; or

  • Using another payment method accepted by the local courier.

The method actually accepted at delivery depends on the relevant delivery provider.
